Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

RETURN BY MAIL

• You will need your order number and email address. Once approved you will be emailed your prepaid USPS return label.

• Repack your order using the original packing materials and shipping box.

• Cover the box's original shipping label with the prepaid return label that was included with your order.  The fee will be deducted from your refund to cover your return shipping.

• Returns from an international address are the responsibility of the shipper.

FAST EXCHANGE

Need a different size? Start your fast exchange either by calling Customer Service. We'll place an order and ship your new size/shoe right away. Your card will be credited for the original purchase as soon as we receive your return.

Note: We'll need to charge the purchase price for the new item(s) at shipping.

REFUNDS

Once we received your return and inspected it, we will immediately release the funds. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. If it's been longer than the said time, please contact your banking company for an estimate of when you can expect to see the funds on your bank statement.
